Terms and Conditions

 

1. The prize draw is open to all UAE residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Kitopi Catering Services LLC or any affiliates (KITOPI), their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw (Prize Draw).
    

2. The Prize Draw will take place across the Deliveroo ordering platform (Deliveroo Platform) only.
    

3. The brands that will be part of the Prize Draw are listed on Schedule 1 of these Terms and Conditions (Brands).
    

4. The Prize Draw entry will be automatic once the customer makes a purchase from any of the Brands (Entry). Internet access and the relevant Deliveroo registration access is required. Every purchase from any of the Brands on Deliveroo will count as an independent submission of entry into the draw, and will increase the odds of being selected.
    

5. Any bulk Entries, Entries from agents, third parties, syndicates, organized groups or Entries automatically generated by a computer, programme, application, script or any automatic method will not be accepted. Any person or institutions trying to circumvent this condition by any method will be disqualified along with all Entries from associated accounts.
    

6. By entering, participants consent to KITOPI contacting them if they are the winner and requesting their personal details in order to fulfil the prize. By ordering from the Brands you allow Deliveroo to share your personal details with Kitopi if you are selected as a winner to be contacted to arrange prize delivery/pickup.
    

7. The opening date for Entries are from 10:00 AM June 7 to June 20 12:00 AM. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
    

8. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when submitting an Entry, KITOPI does not take any responsibility for any incomplete Entries, which will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize Draw. KITOPI accepts no responsibility for any Entries which are not completed for any reason.
    

9. A total of five (5) winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of KITOPI, selection to be performed by a computer on June 27th 2024 (Draw Date) and announced via social media accounts on Deliveroo’s Instagram.
    

10. The five winners of the Prize Draw will each receive a voucher of AED 3,000 to be used as a discount on the purchase of an airplane ticket on Flight Gift (Flight Voucher). The Flight Voucher is subject to Flight Gift terms and conditions set out on https://www.flightgift.com/.
     

11. The Flight Voucher gives the winners the right to claim an AED 3,000 discount when purchasing a flight on https://www.flightgift.com/ for personal consumption only (and cannot be transferred to any third party).
     

12. KITOPI reserves the right to provide an alternative prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
     

13. The winners will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at Entry) within 7 after the Draw Date and must provide an email address and phone number to claim their Flight Voucher. Only the winners can redeem the Flight Vouchers. If a winner does not respond to KITOPI within 5 days of being notified by KITOPI, then the winner's Flight Voucher will be forfeited and KITOPI will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
     

14. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
     

15. The Flight Voucher will expire as per the terms and conditions provided by FLIGHT GIFT WWW.FLIGHTGIFT.COM
     

16. If the winners lose their Flight Voucher or if it is stolen, they will lose the right to the prize and KITOPI shall not be liable to give out another Flight Voucher to the winner.
     

17. By winning the Prize Draw, the winners agree to the use of their name, image and Entry in any publicity material connected to the Prize Draw.
     

18. Personal data supplied during the course of the Prize Draw may be transferred to third-party suppliers only insofar as required for the fulfilment of the Prize Draw and these terms and conditions.
     

19. The decision of KITOPI regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
     

20. These terms and conditions shall be made available to the participants through Deliveroo Platform and www.kitopi.com/euros. The participants in the Prize Draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon Entry. KITOPI reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
     

21. KITOPI reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
     

22. Insofar as is permitted by law, KITOPI, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of KITOPI, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.
     

23. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the DIFC courts.
