Kitopi’s technology is chiefly developed in Krakow, Poland, where its Technology Hub is located. The tech team in Poland currently stands at 100-strong, and continues to grow and expand with new specializations.
The tech team consists of the following specialists: Java Backend Developers, Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Platform Developers, Data Mining Engineers, Solution Architects, Data Engineer Architect, Lead Data Analyst, Product Managers, Engineering Lead, and IT Admin & security.
Operating currently in the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, KSA, and Qatar with roots in Dubai, where we run our global customer experience center with Tech Hub in Krakow, Poland, where we develop most of our technology.

As a leading food tech business, Kitopi's growth has been largely fueled by its innovative and scalable software solutions. Kitopi's kitchens are powered by its proprietary Smart Kitchen Operating System (SKOS) - an in-house suite of applications that optimizes cloud kitchen operations in real time. As part of its growth roadmap, technological innovation, data science, artificial intelligence, and robotics takes centerstage as Kitopi continues to reinvent the food industry as we know it today.
OUR PROJECTS
We create various applications starting from highly personalized selling apps (web & mobile), through to kitchen management system, customer service, delivery, control, and business applications which help us make decisions and determine the further direction of product development. Our technology is empowering not only our multi-brand cloud kitchens (online sale) but also our dine-in locations (restaurants and food halls). We currently have around 40 applications in a microservice architecture, 20 frontend applications, over 50 components, and we will constantly be creating new ones.

Our tech hub in Poland is located in a quiet part of Krakow at 1 Lubostroń Street, where we enjoy green surroundings, silence, a convenient commute, with a stop just by the building, convenient access from the beltway, no parking zone, and a lot of parking spaces around and under the building.
