Flavour Fields: Dubai's Home of Real Food As Nature Intended

Dubai has a lot of "healthy" restaurants. Flavour Fields is actually one.
The wellness dining category in Dubai has a credibility problem. Too many concepts have learned the vocabulary - organic, seasonal, plant-based, real food - without doing the work that makes those words mean something. The result is restaurants that charge a premium for mediocre food dressed in the right language, where virtuous ordering and genuine satisfaction rarely arrive at the same table.
Flavour Fields is the exception that makes the rest of the category uncomfortable.
Built around a principle that is simple and uncompromising, healthy food - real food as nature intended - Flavour Fields is the homegrown Dubai concept that proved clean eating and genuinely delicious food are not in conflict. The menu is seasonal, the ingredients are real, the coffee programme is serious, the drinks are refined-sugar-free, and the cooking is done with enough care and creativity that every order feels like a choice you made because you wanted it, not because you felt obligated.
Located at Galleria Mall Al Wasl, open daily from 8am to 11pm (midnight on weekends), with delivery on Talabat and Deliveroo, Flavour Fields has built a devoted following in one of Dubai's most food-conscious neighbourhoods. The food is why. The full menu - which runs from protein bites and matcha lattes at opening to field bowls, burgers, desserts, and protein smoothies through the day - is why people stay loyal.
Flavour Fields is part of the Kitopi family - the UAE-born hospitality group dedicated to building homegrown brands from the region, for the region.
What is Flavour Fields?
Flavour Fields is a homegrown Dubai restaurant and café dedicated to clean, organic, seasonal food - prepared from ingredients you recognise, in ways that respect what those ingredients actually are.
The menu spans all-day breakfast, field bowls, wraps, burgers, a kids' menu (Little Fields), desserts (Sweet Fields), fresh juices, protein smoothies, and a full specialty coffee programme. A seasonal spring menu reflects the brand's commitment to cooking with the season rather than against it.
What makes it distinctive isn't any single section of the menu - it's the consistency of the philosophy across all of them. The Gut Booster drink is refined-sugar-free. The Cashew Miso Cheesecake is cashew-based. The Field Chicken Burger uses coconut bacon. The Matcha Protein Bite is made from natural, functional ingredients. At every point, the same question has been asked: what is the real version of this? And then that version has been made.
What to order at Flavour Fields
Steak & Eggs - grilled steak with scrambled eggs, chimichurri, mushrooms, chives, and bagel seasoning. The dish that makes the case most clearly that clean eating and proper eating are the same thing. The chimichurri is the detail that elevates it - fresh, herby, and the reason this plate photographs as well as it tastes.
Power Omelette - egg omelette with mushrooms, corn, kale, lemon dressing, plant-based tahini, sumac, and sourdough. The breakfast that actually powers a morning. The sumac and plant-based tahini combination is unexpected, considered, and entirely right.
Choco-Berry Waffle - chocolate waffle with hot chocolate sauce, vanilla tofu cream, and fresh berries. The dessert-for-breakfast option that proves Flavour Fields understands pleasure as well as nutrition. The vanilla tofu cream sounds like a compromise and tastes like anything but.
Burrata Paradise - burrata over wild cherry gazpacho with watermelon, peach, spinach, kale, baby rockets, and heirloom tomatoes. The most indulgent bowl on the menu and the one most likely to make the table next to you order the same thing when it arrives. The wild cherry gazpacho base is the detail nobody expects and everyone appreciates.
Charred Corn Bowl - charred sweet corn with Peruvian choclo, puffed corn, jalapeño, and plant-based sour cream. A bowl that takes one ingredient and explores every texture it can offer. Bold, flavourful, and the most convincing case on the menu for plant-based eating not being a sacrifice.
Field Chicken Burger - crispy breaded chicken with coconut bacon, caramelised onions, pickled cabbage, and Boston lettuce. The coconut bacon is the ingredient worth noting - a plant-based alternative that earns its place rather than apologising for it.
Little Fields - the kids' menu
Flavour Fields has a dedicated children's menu that applies the same real-ingredients philosophy to accessible, familiar formats: Scrambled Eggs on Toast (AED 24), Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas (AED 24), Cheese Quesadillas (AED 21), and Spaghetti Pomodoro (AED 21). Clean food for kids that doesn't ask children to eat like adults — one of the more thoughtful touches on a menu full of them.
Sweet Fields - dessert that earns its place
Matcha Waffles - matcha waffles with matcha cream, cranberry compote, fresh berries, pistachio, and maple syrup. The dessert that rewards the matcha lover specifically and the anyone-who-likes-things-to-taste-interesting generally.
Cashew Miso Cheesecake - creamy cashew-based cheesecake topped with miso caramel, sesame seeds, and fresh raspberry. The most surprising dessert on the menu and one of the best. Cashew-based cheesecake done properly has a texture that competes with any dairy version — and the miso caramel is a combination that sounds odd and tastes exceptional.
Raw Chocolate Date Tart - raw chocolate tart filled and topped with local dates and cocoa powder. The dessert for anyone who wants something genuinely indulgent that is also genuinely clean. Local dates, raw chocolate, no compromise on flavour.
Why Flavour Fields works when others don't
The Field Beef Burger competes with any burger in its price range regardless of dietary positioning. The Steak & Eggs is a breakfast worth choosing over any alternative on a weekend morning. The Burrata Paradise is a bowl that works as well at a business lunch as it does after a gym session. The Cashew Miso Cheesecake is a dessert that holds its own against any conventional version.
That versatility - being genuinely excellent rather than just genuinely healthy - is what has built Flavour Fields' following in Al Wasl, one of Dubai's most discerning and food-literate neighbourhoods. The people who eat here regularly aren't doing it because they feel they should. They're doing it because they want to.
That's the only version of healthy eating that actually works long-term. And it's the version Flavour Fields has been delivering since day one.
