Spotlighting Kitopi's Leaders: Conversations on Passion, Growth, and Impact

Kitopi, the leading tech-powered, multi-brand restaurant, consists of passionate individuals who are committed to driving success and making a difference. To delve deeper into the minds of these exceptional leaders, we explored their unique perspectives and long-term goals, while uncovering the driving forces behind their dedication and commitment to excellence.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR ROLE AT KITOPI?

Heike:

One of the most rewarding aspects of my role is being able to support Kitopians in living life to the fullest. Witnessing their growth, happiness, and success is truly gratifying.

Marcin:

Learning new things every day and collaborating with the incredible people I work with is what keeps me motivated.

Sabine:

Working with amazing people who come to work every day, fully committed and ready to give their all, is truly inspiring.

Faisal:

The people I work with are what make my job enjoyable. We spend a significant amount of time at work, so it's crucial to surround yourself with individuals you genuinely enjoy collaborating with.

Nathalie:

Making a positive difference in people's lives is incredibly rewarding. Knowing that we contribute to their well-being is a source of great satisfaction.

Martin:

The ability to work from anywhere and pioneering problem-solving in the F&B industry for multi-brand operations at scale excites me.

WHAT’S THE BEST ADVICE YOU HAVE RECEIVED?

Heike:

The best advice I've received is to stop hiding your inner self. There is only one Heike, and it's important to let the world see the real you. Embracing our uniqueness is what makes us truly remarkable.

Marcin:

One of the most valuable pieces of advice I received was to search for the value in feedback or criticism. It's an ongoing journey for me, but it has helped me grow as a leader.

Sabine:

Always aim to learn and grow. If you're not continuously learning, you're not in the right role. Embrace new challenges and push yourself outside your comfort zone.

Faisal:

One piece of advice that has stuck with me is that people will remember the quality of your work, how you treated them, and how fair you were—not just the amount of money you made.

Nathalie:

Invest your time in coaching and developing your team. While it may seem like a small part of your work, it has the most significant impact on your business's success.

Martin:

The best advice I've received is to have the courage to stay true to yourself and live your values, rather than conforming to the values of others.

WHAT ARE YOU FUTURE ASPIRATIONS?

Heike:

Bringing more joy to Kitopians!

Marcin:

In the future, I want to leverage my experience to mentor and empower startups on their path to success, whether it be through engaging with a venture capital or a venture builder company.

Sabine:

More of an objective for my professional life; I want to be part of something that consistently drives and challenges me, regardless of where my journey takes me.

Faisal:

Continually working towards finding out what I’m good at and have a meaningful impact.

Nathalie:

Looking ahead, my long-term career plan involves leading and expanding a regional healthy food brand that becomes a household name across the region.

Martin:

My long-term career growth plan is to live a life of meaning, both for myself and others. I aim to continually learn and improve while enjoying the journey.
