In my role, exceptional customer service is at the core of everything I do. I ensure all Kitopians and guests that walk through the door get all the support they need throughout the day, while managing office security and COVID regulations. This typically includes booking and monitoring meeting rooms and answering all queries, which guarantees that the office is always in an optimal condition for Kitopians to work in a safe environment.
Recently, I have broadened my scope of work and am actively involved in supporting the People team with projects and events.
I’ve grown so much since becoming part of the Kitopi family in 2019. I’ve learnt to set goals for myself, while simultaneously working hard together with the team to achieve them. I also feel challenged enough to learn something new and enhance my skills, which in turn airs my personal growth. I am also very inspired by the leadership team at Kitopi, my amazing colleagues in the kitchens, who are essentially the heart of the organization and our CX center teams on the frontlines - we all are in it together with one mission - “to satisfy the world’s appetite”!
With inspiring leaders, nothing is impossible to achieve at Kitopi, and having this is truly motivating. My co-workers truly are a huge part of my Kitopi experience; my favorite part of the day is when I see them arriving at the office with warm smiles and positive vibes.
Another thing that stands out to me about Kitopi, is my own personal alignment with the organization’s values. Caring for and helping my colleagues is my forte and Kitopi helps me get better at it every single day.
I am a fan of Kitopi, not only as an employee, but also as a customer. My favorite brand is Right Bite and highly recommend their Chicken Fajita Bowl - kudos to our chefs for always getting it just right.
