As a Quality Assurance Manager, I oversee food, safety, and hygiene management across multiple productions. I ensure brand standards are met with the highest expectations. I also provide support when it comes to investigating customer complaints that are subjected to food safety and quality, ensuring that our kitchens are strictly complying to the Kuwait food safety regulations and that our customers are always 100% satisfied is our main focus.
Since the day I joined Kitopi, I came to realize the diverse aspects of gender equality in the organization quickly. I have found my voice, have received recognition in my field of expertise and was given the ability to steer my department in the right direction.
Overtime, Kitopi has progressively become more like a family. The interactions we have with all key members and stakeholders on a day to day basis, truly reflects the future of the company and where we are headed. This opportunity has allowed me to work with experts from a diverse group of individuals, whose focus is on the common goal of self improvement, has been both fulfilling and motivating.
The best part of my job is working with new brands, launching new products, and overseeing new processes. It has been a challenge and a completely new experience for me! If there’s one thing I’ve learnt from Kitopi, it's to dream big everyday and always remember that the sky above is the limit.
