We are delighted to announce two new key hires to our leadership team - Martin Perrin as Managing Director of Kitopi Bahrain and Imad El Fay as Vice President of Strategy.
The announcement follows Kitopi’s latest growth and expansion strategies, which has seen us investing in some of the best regional food brands as we launch new markets in the region. In their respective roles, Martin and Imad will be instrumental in driving these strategies forward.
With over 17 years of F&B experience across the UK and GCC, where he has held multiple leadership roles for some of the world’s most recognisable brands such as Starbucks, Shake Shack, McDonald’s and YO! Sushi. Martin brings a wealth of industry experience to Kitopi. Martin was most recently Operations Director at Al Ghalia group in Bahrain, overseeing both international franchise brands and local concepts.
In his role as Managing Director of Bahrain, Martin will drive Kitopi’s next phase of growth in the country. Along with building the capabilities of Kitopi Bahrain across all aspects of the business, Martin will focus on expanding Kitopi’s reach in the country and bringing Kitopi’s best brands to Bahrain consumers.
‘I am thrilled to be a part of Kitopi and to be joining such an elite team of Kitopians on a mission to satisfy the world's appetite.’ Martin said about joining Kitopi. ‘Kitopi is raising the bar and paving new ways to lead in consistently exceeding consumer expectations in areas such as food quality, food safety, speed of delivery and the overall consumer experience. And I am delighted to be a part of this journey.’
