In his new role as MD, Wentzel will be responsible for overseeing the entire operations of Kitopi in Saudi Arabia with a primary focus on driving growth and expansion strategies to solidify Kitopi's position as a leading player in the market.
Wentzel's journey with Kitopi began when he joined the global growth team as a Senior Brand Manager. His performance led to his promotion as the Operations & Business Excellence Director, where he successfully led the Shobak team and played a pivotal role in enhancing the performance and regional expansion of this beloved Saudi brand. Wentzel's dedication and expertise further propelled him to the role of General Manager of KSA Shobak at Kitopi where he up until most recently oversaw and spearheaded the regional and global footprint of Shobak, as well as other brands and acquisitions.

Wentzel brings with him a wealth of experience in developing and expanding brands across the GCC. Prior to joining Kitopi, he held key operational positions in renowned organizations such as Al Ghalia in Bahrain, where he spearheaded operations, and Ali bin Ali in Qatar, where he served as the Head of Operations.
